City Pier – Anna Maria Island by HH Photography of Florida.
Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the City Pier at the northern tip of Anna Maria Island, Florida, is a local landmark and an often visited tourist attraction. Built in 1911, it’s a place where people gather to watch the sunset, fish, spend some time on the water or take a walk after dining at one of the nearby restaurants. The Sunshine Skyway bridge spanning the mouth of Tampa Bay can be seen in the distance.
