How Now Brown Cow by HH Photography of Florida.
On a cool, Autumn day in the Appalachian mountains of western North Carolina, we found this small herd of cows grazing lazily in the late afternoon sun. The only sounds you could hear on this mountaintop oasis were a few insects buzzing here and there, a bird chirping it's tune for all to hear and a mixed up rooster crowing as if it were daybreak. Such a peaceful atmosphere here in these highlands and why we return for a visit, year after year.
