The Beachcomber Shuffle by HH Photography of Florida.
A solitary Great Blue Heron (Ardea herodias) in silhouette, shuffles along the shoreline in the shallow surf and looks for something to eat as the sun begins to set on a warm summer evening. The Gulf waters are lit with beautiful hues of purple and blue from the ove rhead clouds and the angle of the sun. What a glorious night here on the Florida Gulf coast.
