This is Mau (which means cat in the ancient Egyptian language.) Mau is a local cat about the neighborhood and is seen here sitting on the front porch step, peeking out from behind a tropical palm frond. His beautiful coat in colors of blue, green, gold and black reminded me of Egyptian art and hieroglyphics ... hence the Egyptian name reference. A photograph based digital art creation.
