Well, maybe itโs not pork on the wing but this female Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) has snagged a nice mullet for lunch for herself and her kids who are waiting patiently in their nearby nest. A first-class fisherman, the Osprey rarely miss their catch when they venture out for something to eat. Also known as sea eagles, sea hawks or fish hawks, the Osprey is a very plentiful and often seen bird here in the Sunshine State.
