On a cool winter evening, the fiery setting sun sinks slowly towards the horizon and paints the overhead clouds and waters below in a beautiful warm pink/red glow. The peace and quiet that comes at the end of the day settles over the Regatta Point Marina and Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant on the Manatee River in Palmetto, Florida.
